Incredible staff and very generous good quality drinks Food also good particularly buffet

Great breakfast incredible staff lunch and dinner good We received an upgrade to a deluxe suite which was exceptional The quality and availability of drinks was first class

The television in the suite lounge did not work and despite a couple of requests it did not get fixed Not enough sun beds for all guests and we were very unhappy that guests had to get up early to put towels on beds to secure them eventually we had to do the same My wife had a fall as she tripped over a small lip on a ramp to the bar deck maybe this should be painted

Staff excellent,friendly and helpful. Location.

Hotel excellent, though dining room service slow at times. Limited choices on menu . Was expensive, but did not spoil experience.

Very Good

Quality of food was really good. Alcoholic drinks were known brand names and cocktails were well made and of good quality. Service and staff was very good. Beach and location was excellent. Room was lovely and overlooked the beach

The pool was a bit dirty sometimes (sand etc) but this was not too much of an issue

wonderful food and staff, great weather at a convenient location, but aesthetics of the facilities could be improved wit

Good location, convenient for the beach and local to Holetown and the dive centre at Coral Reef resort. Excellent food and wonderful staff. It was good to have limited free use of water sports facilities at the neighbouring hotel, but see note below about dangerous/difficult walkway access.

The property is looking tired and needs some TLC. examples include salt and pepper pots that are rusty and very old, “Exit” signs hanging off the wall, grubby walls that need a coat of paint, non-slip stair strips loose and torn, flaking paint around the edge of the pool, uneven of crumbling pathing slabs. Unfortunately the reality did not match the pictures which seem to have been taken a few years ago. The walkway to the neighbouring hotels, in order to use the shared facilities, is in a poor state of repair and dangerous to access on foot. I noted this was a Marriott hotel so I would have expected these issues to have been addressed with a little investment.

Very Good

Great location on the west coast, with sun-loungers on the beach, and easy walking access south and north along the stunning west coast beaches. Water taxi service between partner hotels in the Elegant Hotels Group along the west coast offers great views along the west coast. Friendly and relaxed hotel staff.

Gym was quite basic and the swimming pool is relatively small.

Amazing location

Picked up from the airport from the amazing driver KAREN! Whisked away in a Mercedes, arriving in paradise. Right on the beach, amazing, so beautiful. Paynes bay is legit stunning. Hired jetskis, went paddle boarding all in the bay. We ate breakfast everyday at the hotel, and had our one free dinner on our last night. Staff so friendly, good laugh. Room was very spacious, bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Amazing stay in a little corner of paradise

The staff! The service!The professional but relaxed way the hotel is run! The courtesy! The location! The rum punches! Everything, really!

Husband says the only negative point was the mosquitoes and that is entirely out of Treasure Beach's control! In other words, there were no negatives.

Breakfast & lunch salads extremely good. loved the fruit skewers & ice cream that came round the beach during the day. Staff extremely friendly & helpful

classy hotel - great location. Will certainly return

could see from maps it was a smallish site, and the W Coast can be a bit hectic. But the rooms are cleverly located, the adjacent beach is beautiful and not crowded and the pool is just fine. In the hotel the food is excellent, staff efficient and friendly, and our room was big and comfortable. Nice touches include a free afternoon ice cream and a punch later.

Nothing ! As always, trying to the correct air conditioner temperature is a bit tricky ( male v female!), but there is a ceiling fan which seemed a good compromise....

A wonderful amazing trip of a lifetime. My partners 50th birthday staff made it amazing.

The hotel was beautiful, the pool and beach were amazing. The staff Lisa, Ross, Baker, Nikita, Rasheed, Rashid, Natalie, Akeshia (all the housekeeping staff and reception staff), Tyrone (security) couldn't have made this stay anymore fantastic than they did. Food gorgeous, attentive, clean, lovely rooms, comfy beds. It was fantastic.

There was nothing not to like no complaints at all.

At a room rate of 1000US$ a night one should expect service level, food and facilities of a 5star hotel. Treasure Beach is max 3star. Don’t waste your money to book at this hotel. Shame on Booking.com to have this property on their list!

Nice break unlikely to return to the Treasure Beach

Location good, breakfast good although limited selection at the buffet. Staff helpful.

Rooms are a bit tired, bathrooms and floors are dirty, staff seem to wipe over but never really give anything a proper clean. Toilet did not work despite mentioning it every day it was never properly fixed. Lunch and Dinner options are limited and the qaulity of the food is expensive and very poor.

Good location and friendly stuff, yet not in any sort of weird dream I would have rated it 5*

Stuff is extraordinarily friendly and super well trained. Dinners at the restaurant were exquisite - kudos to evening chef Location is almost perfect. If one wanted to you could have a beach side walk (with a bit of adventures) to Holetown and this is a very nice little town for everyone to visit with lots of restaurants and bars Water sports selection at sister hotel tamarin Very secluded and intimate atmosphere

The room was not entirely clean.... there were not my hair on the shower wall and it didn’t look properly sanitized Continental Breakfast selection is definitely minuscule for a 5* hotel I don’t think the sheets were ever changed, not that I specifically wanted to, yet I thought a 5* hotel shall at least ask me... Swimming pool is small and fitness center NON-Existent, you can go to sister hotel nearby though. I also didn’t appreciate that the suit I booked was called “ocean view suit” while one can state that you can see something blue in distance behind Palma trees and huge tree in the middle of the landscape, one could not definitely call it Ocean view suit, as the major thing one can actually see was the swimming pool. I must confess that stuff offered an alternative in the far end of the building closer to ocean, yet how one was supposed to see ocean from there is not clear, as view restrictive bushes were separating the view. So advise to all who are booking: ask for 3rd floor rooms when you book with a view direction towards Holetown Lastly for the price per night in USD equivalent to Four Seasons, i’d say it is nowhere near in being even remotely comparable.
